Return Policy:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, we would appreciate that you email us at info@handz-on.co.uk to let us know you would like to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.

We do ask that for any returns or purchases is in its original condition, and unworn with original receipt and receive a full refund (excluding original delivery costs).
Refunds will only be made via the original payment method and will be refunded as soon as we receive your purchase back.
Please note: We cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected).
We are sorry but earrings are non refundable for hygiene reasons.
Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
We recommend you obtain proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible and you should receive confirmation of this within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return item(s).
The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

We dispatch via Royal Mail. Please note Handz-On does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We retain proof of postage for each order, a copy of which is available on request.
