On-site massage is becoming increasingly popular and a lot of businesses are now using massage to help reduce stress and improve the wellbeing of their employees.
The most important asset in any business is its employees. On-site seated massage is a treat for employees to enjoy and can leave them feeling refreshed and revitalised, leading to increased energy levels and concentration which in turn can boost morale and motivation to improve their performance.
Regular sessions can help prevent health problems arising, particularly stress related, thus reducing sickness absence and saving the company money!
As well as the benefits mentioned above, the treat of a seated massage can leave your employees feeling valued and appreciated, improving staff / employer relations.
A happy workforce is a productive workforce!
Seated massage is performed on a specially designed chair without the use of any oils and is given over the top of the clients clothes, so there is no need to remove any items of clothing and is ideal for the workplace. The massage is focused on the back, neck and shoulders, relieving pains, stress and tension in these areas which is particularly beneficial to help reduce and prevent the effects of RSI, fatigue, headaches and eye strain, as well as other benefits a massage can provide. I can also provide Indian Head Massage as an alternative if preferred.
All equipment needed will be brought with me, all you have to do is provide a room and allow your employees to take as little as 15 minutes out of their busy day. The massage routine can be adapted depending on the length of treatment and can be 15 minutes, 20, 30 or 40 minutes. Payment can be made by the company, the employee, or even shared, and can also be flexible and charged hourly or per massage if preferred.
